A: Punky Possum Studios is based and ships from East Sussex, UK.

A: I ship worldwide, excluding Germany due to a recent change in German import laws.
Q: What are your shipping rates?
A: UK- £2 with additional 20p per item.
EU- £5 with additional 50p per item.
Everywhere Else- £6 with additional 50p per item.
Q: How long will my order take to ship?
A: All in-stock items will be shipped between 5 to 7 days from the date your order was placed. I aim to get orders out faster than that however I also work an additional job so this isn't alaways possible.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: All UK orders are sent first class untracked through Royal Mail and usually take 2 to 5 days to arrive.
For interational orders it can take up to 6 weeks for your order to arrive. I ship standard air mail to keep shipping costs low, however if you require your order faster please message me for additional rates.
